The groundbreaking Sasol Inzalo investment is the largest broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) transaction to date. The R26bn transaction has given over 290 000 South Africans the opportunity to own a part of Sasol and benefit from its success. Sasol Inzalo is also working to create a legacy, through major investments in skills development, driven by the Sasol Inzalo Foundation.

Sasol Limited and Sasol Inzalo Public Limited have created a trading platform to facilitate trading of Sasol Inzalo ordinary shares. These shares formed part of the funded invitation to members of the Black public who, through successful acceptance of the invitation, became Sasol Inzalo ordinary shareholders.
